POLICIES

  • CHECK-IN: 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival, you will receive an email with the key code for your Lodge. The code to enter the Public House and access the gym will also be included. Simply show up at 4 pm or later, and you can enter your Lodge.

  • CHECK OUT: Simply vacate the unit by 11 am on the day of check out. You can request to receive via email a copy of your folio, including room charges and any add-on amenity charges, within 48 hours of departure.

  • Note COVID Cleaning/Sterilization protocols DO NOT allow time for early/late check-in/out if someone is moving into or has occupied the same lodge that day. Guest safety is our priority.

Bringing a pet? Allergic to pets?

  • Make Sure to select the Pet fee when making your reservation. Please give us as much advance notice as possible to accommodate. Only 9 of our 16 lodges are pet friendly so there might not be one available. Please keep your pets off the beds altogether. Trundle beds in the suites are not to be used as pet beds. It's $55 per animal for up to 3 nights and $75 per animal for 4 nights and over. The Pet bed, towel, pet sheet, and feeding bowls provided are not for you to keep. If you would like to purchase any of these items, please call the service line. If you remove these items, an additional charge will be added to your stay. Failure to notify us of your pet incurs a $250 cleaning fee.


NO SMOKING on the entire property. There is a $350 cleaning fee / fine if you are seen by surveillance or leave the evidence in the rooms or public areas.

CANCELLATION:

  • All reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. To cancel or alter an existing reservation, please contact us directly at stay@lodgesonvashon.com. You will receive a response with a confirmation to let you know your reservation has been successfully canceled/altered. If you can’t make your reservation work within that 48-hour window but would like to reschedule, we will take the payment and move your reservation to another date.

Any changes on packages or rates to your reservation must be done 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Reservations that are not canceled within 48 hours are subject to a charge of the full stay and any applicable fees and taxes. We do not accept same-day cancellations. You must cancel via email 48 hours prior to your reservation to stay@lodgesonvashon.com

FRONT DESK

  • The Lodges on Vashon operates without full-time staff on the property. The remote Front Desk will take care of all your reservation details. You can emailstay@lodgesonvashon.com with any questions about your upcoming stay.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The general terms and conditions herein, together with the Privacy Policy, Bookings & Cancellations Policy, Fee Schedule & Hotel Schedule, and Add-Ons available on Lodges on Vashon’s (L.O.V.) Website (collectively, as may be varied, amended, and/or supplemented from time to time, these "Terms and Conditions") and the booking confirmation issued by L.O.V. confirming your booking ("Booking Confirmation") shall constitute a legally binding contract between you and L.O.V. and shall be further supplemented by the internal rules and regulations that apply specifically to the reservation you have booked.
