+ What if I need to cancel my stay?

All reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. To cancel or alter an existing reservation, please contact us directly at stay@lodgesonvashon.com. You will receive a response with a confirmation to let you know your reservation has been successfully cancelled/altered. If you cant make your reservation work within that 48hr window but would like to reschedule, we will take the payment and move your reservation to another date.

 

+ Can I bring my pet?

We welcome pets on property – up to 2 pets per lodge. Please let us know in advance if you are planning on bringing a pet. A $55 pet cleaning fee will apply to stays 3 nights or less, and a $75 fee will apply to stays 4 or more nights. Due to potential guests with pet allergies, we have designated certain lodges to be pet-friendly and must keep the other lodges pet free. Accommodating pets is subject to availability of pet-friendly rooms and we cannot guarantee accommodations. Please be sure to tell us you have a pet when making your reservation. If you do not report having a pet before checking in, a $350 cleaning fee will be charged. Please note that pets are not allowed in Public House. With your pet fee, you are provided with a pet bed and 2 water/food bowls, a pet towel and an out of service sheet for the furnature to use during your stay. If you take these items with you, you will be charged full price.

 

+ Are there dining options available on site?

The Lodges on Vashon does not offer an on-property restaurant, however, the property has a gas BBQ, microwave and two induction hot plates that guest may use to prepare their own meals. Additionally, there are many dining options within a five-minute walk and around the island. If you would like your in-room mini-fridge stocked prior to arrival, please let us know - stay@lodgesonvashon.com

 

+ Are there property quiet hours?

We ask that you please respect other guests and our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. In the event that a guest does not observe quiet house and causes a disturbance that requires hotel management or the police to come to the property, the guest will incur a $150 fine.

 

+ Where is the front desk?

The Lodges on Vashon operates without any full-time staff on property. The remote Front Desk will take care of all your reservation details. You can email stay@lodgesonvashon.com with any questions about your upcoming stay.

+ What is the smoking policy?

Smoking is not allowed on property. Guests who smoke on property will be fined $150. Guests will be fined $350 if staff finds that guests smoked inside a lodge.

 

+ What is the check-in process like?

Prior to arrival, guests will receive an email with the key code for their unit. The code to enter the Public House will also be included. Guests simply show up at 4pm or later and can enter their units.

 

+ Are there property quiet hours?

+Can I have a late check-out? Early check-in?

Just Ask us! We will always do our best to accomodate your needs. Your code is set to work at 4 pm so if you arrive early, make sure to ask via email or leave a message on our guest message line. If it's after hours, you'll have an answer by the morning.

 

+ Is there housekeeping & guest services

Your lodge will be spotlessly clean upon arrival. Should you need anything during your stay—fresh towels or sheets or a room refresh—just ask! Otherwise, we will not disturb you. Amenity refresh is not available after 5pm. For housekeeping special request or general guest information, please contact guest services at 206-641-4717. Please note that fees may apply to additional amenities.

 

 

Covid-19 Safety

 

Guests can rest easy knowing there's a carbon monoxide detector, a smoke detector, a security system, and window guards on site.

This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place.

Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F.

Social distancing measures are in place; staff at the property wear personal protective equipment; periodic temperature checks are conducted on staff; guests are provided with hand sanitizer; cashless payment methods are available for all transactions; contactless room service is available; guests can access their rooms with a mobile device; masks are required in public areas; reservations are required for some onsite facilities.

We’re encouraging our entire community to exercise recommended social distancing practices and common areas in our buildings may have limited or no access at this time.
